The Teatro Sociale of Como is a true architectonic and cultural gem within our city. A pearl that witnessed many great artists performing on its stage, players and composers such as Niccoló Paganini, Franz Liszt, Giuditta Pasta and many more.
The Como Lake is famous for it’s grand villas with ancient gardens of un-describable beauty, like for example Villa Olmo, a neoclassical architectural gem, and furthermore, important cultural center of the city if Como, which we will be visiting together today.
There are countless routes on our Lake Como for a day dedicated on discovery of its villas and its most beautiful corners. After I talked about Villa Carlotta, today on our blog we decided to write about Villa Monastero in Varenna.
